Vive Las Vegas!

I finally booked it today and got a great deal too..... my sisters and I are going to Las Vegas in October...I know its a long ways away but I am soooo excited!

Last year my youngest sister and I went and I made her go with me to The New Kids on The Block concert with me.......

This is how excited she was to be there.... but in my defence she did buy a tshirt and I did go see the HORRIBLE Criss Angel Cirque de Soleil show with her.....

Now I am left with the task of finding a dog sitter since the one who usually does it for me is coming along, so its a good thing I have a big family and even better they dont read the blog so they wont see it coming. If I could take them with me I would, not only do I miss them like crazy after a few days but I also cannot sleep there is just too much room in the bed!! Then there is the worry of them being ok, I am OCD about making sure they eat, drink and are ok, but I know they are well taken care and probably do not even notice I am gone.

Alive...

Don't they both look like little angels.....trust me only when they are sleeping!!!

We are all still alive and well, the past few weeks have been very hectic so no time for blogging. Logan recovered from his garbage poisoning, but still tries to get into anything and everything he can. Sophie is doing well also, you would never know she was as sick as she was only a few months ago. Baylee has a broken toe, but still manages to jump on the kitchen table the minute I leave the house so I am not worried, pretty sure thats how she broke it too.
This cute little bugger is Doc (named by Nikolas) the newest member of the rescue I work with. He was found wandering on the side of the road on the reserve and a kind gentleman picked him up and took him to the vet as he was injured.
The poor little guy's paw is broken and the pad of his foot is actually flipped up to the top.

It sure does not slow him down though and he does not appear to be in any pain. We are just awaiting the result of his xrays to find out if they are just able to reset the paw or if he will need it amputated. Such a happy guy though despite what I am sure are many awful things that have happened to him.

He only stayed for one night and then went off to a foster home that was able to spend more time with him, he is bit high maintenance in the attention department.
